Sacha Beverley works closely with the team of designers at New Animal. She has a large collection of original artwork on display and available for purchase in their showroom. Sacha's artwork is used for residential properties as well as hotels, retail stores and hospitality venues.

ARTIST STATEMENT:
For me it’s a dream come true to be exhibiting my artwork in Puerto Vallarta Mexico. I relocated from Australia to Mexico with my partner in October 2018 and am embracing the popular creative art scene here. This exhibition is a collection of colourful intuitive abstracts on canvas each with their own story. I start the creative process with no predetermined idea of what the finished artwork will look like and just let the paintings evolve naturally. It’s a wonderful emotional release and therapeutic experience overlaying the paint, layer after layer, making marks and developing the symbolic imagery that spontaneously emerged onto the canvas. It’s intriguing what comes through my subconscious mind when I’m not thinking or planning or what is revealed in my nightly dream state. The meanings and stories behind the paintings develop during many painting sessions and the biggest challenge is knowing when to stop, but like the rest of the process I just trust my gut instincts.
